My Story

I bring 30+ years of professional experience, hard-won wisdom, and empathy to my work as a trusted confidante and coach.

The early days of my career as a CPA and later as an entrepreneur in the investment industry, provided so many great experiences and, to be honest, painful lessons learned that were the catalyst for me starting a next chapter career as a coach and consultant. Following the sale of my business, I gravitated toward coaching initially with a focus on bringing “heart” to the process of succession planning. It has been my privilege to work with some amazing business owners, leaders and successors.

As important and truly special this work felt, it has also awakened in me a level of awareness I can no longer ignore of the challenges that professional women and leaders continue to face especially in the financial services, legal and accounting industries.  I recognized how common it is for hidden agendas, expectations and rules to impact women at all stages and levels of their careers.

Women deserve equality, respect and the right to enjoy and THRIVE in their careers. It’s time to use my voice & hard-earned wisdom as an unapologetic champion for women to align with their values & achieve the success they deserve.
